As an integrated part of our comprehensive business rates service we can manage all aspects of a client’s rate liability. Our dedicated rating management team can minimise our client’s rate liability whilst our experienced surveyors can maximise savings by using their wide knowledge of the appeals process.

Our primary objective is to minimise the rate burden for our clients and to provide the comprehensive information they need to manage their business.

We will ensure that only correct rate demands are paid and that any refunds are received promptly. We will also claim any exemptions or reliefs due ensuring they are applied correctly.

We can provide regular, comprehensive reports keeping our client’s in touch with all developments including full visibility of any changes and payments against individual properties. Our reports are tailored to suit a client’s specific needs.

Our client orientated approach means we can provide a monthly schedule for the client to pay through their own AP Department or we can pay consolidated monthly payments, to each billing authority. This can be on receipt of one monthly payment from our client or direct from a dedicated account.

Our Fees

The charge for this comprehensive service is a fixed monthly charge per property as agreed in advance with the Client.
